Nick Warren is an active instructor, arranger, and adjudicator in marching and concert percussion. Since 2002, Warren has instructed and arranged for multiple groups in Kentucky and Tennessee including Dickson County High School (TN), Barren County High School (KY), Ohio County High School (KY), Owensboro Catholic High School (KY), and Impact Audio Theater (2007 WGI Silver Medalists in Class PIA) to name a few. Currently Nick is the Director of Percussion at McLean County High School, as well as the Battery Coordinator/Percussion Arranger for Henderson County High School, and Battery Tech at Muhlenberg County High School, all in the Western Kentucky area.
Nick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Western Kentucky University in 2008 having studied percussion under Drs. Christopher Norton and Mark Berry. Upon graduation, he took a position as the Director of Bands in Union County, KY – a position he held for two years before pursuing his Master’s Degree in Instrumental Conducting full time. Warren currently resides in Owensboro, KY with his wife, Carrie, and daughter, Anna.
