Matthew Fera

Matthew Fera is a percussionist from Meridian, Mississippi. He studied percussion with Dr. John Wooton at the University of Southern Mississippi where he received a bachelor’s degree in music education. He is now pursuing a master’s in percussion performance at Eastern Kentucky University under the direction of Dr. Jason Koontz. Matthew has studied a wide variety of percussion instruments, including mallet percussion, timpani, and world percussion.
