Darci Davis is a junior music performance minor at the University of Kentucky. She is a graduate of the Muhlenberg County High School percussion program, and was selected for the KMEA All-State Concert Band and Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts while studying under Rick Gardner. She now performs with the UK Wind Ensemble, Symphony, Concert Bands, Symphony Orchestra, Opera, Percussion Ensemble, and Steel Band. She has worked as a front ensemble technician for Muhlenberg County High School for the past three years, and recently began teaching privately. Darci has developed an interest and focus in world percussion. Darci is majoring in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, she plans to stay involved with the arts after graduation in whatever way possible.
